Even though ovarian cysts after the menopause are less common, instances do crop up and may cause difficulties. One major reason for the excessive bleeding, pain and infertility is the occurrence of ovarian cysts. They are in most cases benign in nature but scientific test is recommended to make sure. Surgery is the most common method of treatment for these cysts.
